  I'm coming into my 4th lease renewal with Owings Run apartments the first 3 years were absolutely great HOWEVER, going into this 4th renewal there have been several changes there has been 2-3 different property managers here and the samething with the service(maintenance manager) this staffing issue is really a problem it use to be WHENEVER there was snow or ice the maintenance guys came and cleared the parking lots shoveled the side walks put salt down they even left buckets in your building with salt in them so it could be there ready for tenants to use until they arrived it didn't matter if it was 2am when it started snowing they were there taking care of the grounds within the hour you could literally set your clock to them and they did a phenomenal job but evere since this new management team has come in nothing gets done these guys dont clean up this snow or ice especially if its after 6pm it sucks to be you... you can FORGET IT they will start on it the next morning I almost hit another tenants car due to them not putting salt down until the next business day if they even decide to do it at all I've called several times and made complaints needless to say its still occurring run in the opposite direction of this place the complaints here are definitely legit when my lease is up im outta here

  I am reading these reviews and im not sure which unit they live in. So i have lived here for a year. I am coming up to my 1 year renewal. I have not had any problems that were not fixed. When i first moved in my refrigerator was leaking, once we found out what the problem was they replaced it. I see a lot of people talking about mice and bugs. I have not seen not one mice and even if i did it would stop me from living here. When you live by woods in Maryland you will always have mice. My single family home in Randallstown has mice all the time and at that house we have a cat and 3 dogs and still have mice. , there where a few bugs at first but they did a while building treatment and i havent seen one since. If i put a service request in, depending on what it is, yea it might take a day or two, but the request is not a major one. My building is very quite, some time parking is low and we also have an abandoned car on our lot. There could be a better larger linen closest , extra storage and price could always be lower. All in all i love it here.
